Hey there! I’m very excited to have you join BETTR. It’s a lot more fun exercising with others because it keeps you motivated, and I plan all the different workouts so you don’t have to worry about it. I also give some of the best wellness tips and tricks that I’ve learned along the way.

I’m a qualified Weight Loss Coach and Pilates Instructor but in a former life I was a professional sportsperson and competed in the Olympics. Since then, I’ve retired and now I enjoy trying out various fitness challenges such as Ironman, UTMB and other endurance events. However, my main fitness goal is just to make exercise more accessible and less daunting for everyone. I know what actually works and what doesn’t, and a unique fun aspect of BETTR is that I do every workout live with you.

My mindset towards exercise is that it should be enjoyable and it’s just about getting better together !
